Guidelines for Preparation of Digital Files
Document Setup
- All of our output devices are set up to print files in an RGB colour space. For best result use jpg or .tiff files in an RGB colour space.
- Do Not submit .tiff files with layers or LZW compression.
- Our photographic devices print on Satin and Glossy Fujicolor Crystal Archive papers. We can print sizes from locket to 12x18 inch maximum .
- Our giclee devices are set up to print on a wide variety of papers, as well as canvas. The maximum width is 44 inches. The maximum length is 144 inches.
